Prime Home Health is a Texas-based home health agency serving San Antonio and surrounding communities. Ferdinand designed and developed the website to highlight the agency's broad insurance network, bilingual care capabilities, full range of skilled nursing and therapy services, service locations and career opportunities.

Client Challenge
Prime Home Health serves a diverse San Antonio patient population — including Spanish-speaking patients who need bilingual care — across multiple service areas. The agency needed a website that could communicate its insurance network breadth, bilingual capabilities and clinical service range to patients, families and referring physicians, while also attracting qualified clinical staff through a careers section.

Website Strategy
The site leads with patient-centered positioning — emphasizing the breadth of insurance acceptance and bilingual care to address the most common barriers to home health engagement in San Antonio. Service pages cover skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Location coverage is clearly communicated, and a careers section supports clinical staff recruitment.
