Designed and scoped an automation system for healthcare recruiting workflows — covering applicant intake, pre-screening, interview scheduling, follow-up, no-show handling and courtesy rejections across multiple candidate sources and tools.
The Problem
Healthcare recruiting operations involve repetitive candidate-tracking, outreach sequencing and status-update workflows that consume recruiter time without adding strategic value. Recruiters were manually tracking candidate status, sending follow-up outreach by hand and managing intake from multiple channels — website applicants, office calls, walk-ins, Indeed and Hierology — without a unified workflow.
The Design
System designed and scoped to cover candidate tracking, outreach sequencing, status updates and recruiter reporting. Architecture developed to fit the operational requirements of a healthcare recruiting environment.
