DistroDocs
Platform Architecture and Development — Sole Designer and Developer
DistroDocs is a full-stack operational web application built for medical distribution operations — not an informational website. It handles multi-company authentication, onboarding workflows, distributor agreements, tiered pricing, order management, PDF generation and audit trails across multiple organizations.
What I Delivered
Client Challenge
Medical distribution companies managing multiple distributor relationships faced a fragmented operational environment — agreements were handled through email and paper, pricing tiers were tracked in spreadsheets, and there was no centralized system for onboarding new distributors or managing order documentation. The client needed a purpose-built platform that could handle the full distributor lifecycle with proper authentication, audit trails and document generation.
Ferdinand's Role
Ferdinand designed and developed DistroDocs from the ground up as the sole architect and developer — covering database schema design, authentication architecture, API development, front-end application, PDF generation pipeline and deployment. This was a full-stack platform build, not a website project.
Website Strategy
DistroDocs was architected around the real operational workflows of medical distribution — distributor onboarding, agreement execution, tiered pricing management and order documentation. Multi-company authentication allows different organizations to operate within the same platform with proper data isolation. Every action is logged for audit purposes, and PDF generation produces legally formatted documents directly from the application.

Result
DistroDocs is live and operational, replacing manual email and spreadsheet workflows with a centralized platform that handles the full distributor lifecycle. The application supports multiple companies with proper data isolation, audit trails and automated document generation.
