Government requests arrived in multiple formats and referenced different categories of materials — communications, healthcare records, financial documents and operational records. Without a structured mapping framework, the response team risked producing incomplete or disorganized materials.
The document set was large and distributed across multiple custodians. Each category required its own organization scheme, naming convention and traceability path back to the specific government request it addressed.

Custodians were identified and their materials organized within the production framework. Folder naming conventions were designed to be self-describing — an auditor or reviewer could navigate the production without a separate index.
Communications and healthcare records were classified and organized within their respective categories. Custom response letters were drafted to address specific request items, providing the response team with production-ready materials.
